Missouri Bluffs’ Online and Phone Order Return Policy

We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival! However, if you should need to make an adjustment, please note our return policy.

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit only. We are unable to issue credit card refunds. Sale items, and jewelry are final sale items. Please call or email to receive an authorization number. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with tags intact and in unworn, brand new, condition.

Please use a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you insure the items to protect against loss/damage. If you choose not to insure the package we cannot be responsible in the case of loss or damage. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please confirm that your shipping address is accurate since we will have to pass along additional fees we are billed due to incorrect address information.

Presently, exchanges and in-store credits will be handled over the phone. We are happy to assist you with measurements and other questions so that you can find the perfect item! Our store hours are Central time: Mon thru Fri 10-5, Sat 10-6, and Sun 12-5. We are open until 7 the second Saturday of each month.
