Return Policy

Please take note of our updated Return Policy effective June 1, 2009.

We hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival. However, if you should need to make a return, please note our policy.

Items may be returned for EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY with the exception of Sale items, handbags and Jewelry, which are FINAL SALES. Items approved for exchange or instore credit must be received at the store within 20 days of purchase. Please call or email to receive an authorization number for a return as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted without a number on the outside of the package.  We are able to make exceptions for gift items regarding the amount of time the item can be returned. Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, with no evidence of wear and tear and with original packaging, tags intact. Please use proper shipping method for a timely return. Please return to Missouri Bluffs Boutique, 512 Main Street, Weston, MO  64098.

Presently, in-store credits will be processed over the phone. Please call to process an in-store credit - 816-640-2770.

If you  have specific questions regarding items or sizing while you are shopping on line, please call us and we will be happy to assist you. We are always happy to take measurements or supply you with larger photos.
